As you can tell, the blog has undergone a much needed makeover!  After 9 long months planning and waiting I am so excited to unveil the new branding. I put so much thought into this and I wanted to make sure I had the right team of people working on it to get exactly what I envisioned.  So many branding companies just throw a “cute” look together for people and slap a quick logo together that means nothing (it actually means more than they think!)  I had the pleasure of working with Luxeceteraand let me tell you I can’t recommend them enough!!  Ashley Jankowski is the designer behind this greatness!  To say she is AMAZING is a huge understatement!  She had so many fabulous ideas!   So much work went into getting it all to come together…and a few items are still in the works, but we wanted to launch the blog first.  I can’t wait to show you the other elements once they are finished….stay tuned for that post soon!

I had so many people ask me, “What is branding?”  I was surprised at how many of the people that asked me that are actually in business for themselves and didn’t know this!  Your brand is the heart of your business!  I think Millie Holloman says it best in one of her recent “In A Nutshell Webinars (Check them out here….they are great!) She says,

“It’s a promise of value, a symbol of what you represent, and your chance to make a first impression.”
“It’s an accumulation of different marketing medium mixed into one.  It creates an image that says who you are and what you represent, it’s not just colors and a logo.  Branding is everything that you do.”
