Just before Christmas my sweet friend Rachel got married and I was honored to shoot it. It was a beautiful wedding, but more important it was honestly one of the most intimate ceremonies I have ever witnessed. Rachel has waited and prayed for a Godly husband for a long time and her joy was undeniable on this day! I shot several of the ceremony images through my own tears, I was so happy for her! This is truly what weddings are really about. So often we make it about the latest and greatest decor and the perfect flowers…and those things were great, but the LOVE between a groom and his bride is what remains long after the flowers and decor. I can’t say enough sweet things about these two! I knew when I met them at the engagement session we would be a perfect fit. They are two of the kindest people I have ever met during my journey through photography. Their love for each other and their sweet little man is inspiring. The best part of this job is when you finish shooting a couple’s wedding and they aren’t just clients anymore, but friends! Thank you so much Sarah and David for letting me have a small part in your story! I hope you love your pictures!!

Taylor’s Bridals

I had the pleasure of shooting Robby and Taylor’s wedding this past weekend and it was spectacular just as I suspected it would be! I have been excited to share a few shots from her bridal session with you! Isn’t she stunning!! The dress was a dream and the flowers couldn’t have been any more beautiful!! I am excited to announce I will now be offering Boudoir Sessions to my brides! I will also extend this to my married female clients. I must say though, if you like whip cream…cherries…or strategically placed rose petals…then I am not the photographer for you in regards to these sessions. These will be classy and tasteful sessions that provide images that reflect the amazing women I get to work with! These photos will make a great gift to your husbands. What a great couple!! The whole day was perfect. I mentioned in their engagement post that my Chad and groom Chad were great childhood friends, so I think that made this wedding extra special. We felt right at home with old friends. Hands down one of the best receptions to date!! I wanted to give Chad and Amy a peek at their day before they leave for the Dominican Republic for their honeymoon! Thank you two so much for allowing me to join you on this special day!

Shout out to my second shooter Robin and my “light man” Chad! Couldn’t have done it without you…mostly Robin (wink, wink).
