It’s funny, this is the very first shot I took…ha! I snapped a few more and we were done. Seriously 3 minutes…yes, that is the sound of my own horn tooting!

What can I say she loves me!!

Here’s sweet Laikyn! As you remember, she was born premature and only weighed 1.5 pounds. She was born at 23 weeks. I believe because she was hand picked for Kurt and Kayla she didn’t suffer any major medical problems. She is just perfect! She has come a long way and now weighs over 7 pounds and will be 5 months tomorrow!!! It’s crazy seeing her and Branleigh together! I love them so much!

Miss Callyn Joy is turning 2! I have been taking Callyn’s pictures for quite some time now and she just get’s cuter every time! Her hair has gotten so long! She is quite the entertainer too…she has ton’s of cute little songs up her sleeve! Happy Birthday Callyn, your precious!

Trevor is truly inspiring! Trevor is one of Gage’s best friends. Trevor was over at the house playing today and he just makes you smile! He is sweet, kind, crazy, funny, and so loving! Trevor is being treated at St.Jude in Memphis currently. His mom , my friend, Melinda is running in the St. Jude Marathon in honor of Trevor. This is one of my very favorite families! I know I have told you before, Holly and I went to nursing school together and she is one of those friends that I may not talk to as often as I like…as soon as we see each other we just pick right back up. You know what I mean, right? Her family is precious and to say I have fun with them is an understatement. They are what family is all about! I feel welcome and comfortable and her boys are BOYS and I love it! I am so glad we did this session in their back yard, it worked out just perfect! Happy Birthday Zay man!!

The image with the whole family makes me smile! Yes, I am fully aware they are not all looking straight at the camera giving me their best “cheese” smile….but it just screams, “This is our life!” I love it!

This sweet family was so fun and easy to work with! Isn’t Shepherd a handsome little guy! He was so happy the whole time! We shot the session at her families Ranch. It was beautiful! I hope you love your photos!

I was getting ready to order a few new products the other day and decided I would take the kids out to get a few new shots. It’s so funny how quickly they grow up…I used to have to fight and bribe them when I wanted to get some shots of them. Gage was all about it (and you can tell from the pictures below). I never pose them…just tell them where I want them and how I want them to act, it was so funny watching Gage!! Usually MacKenna steals the show, but Gage had his game face on this afternoon…ha! He kept saying, “What about this momma?” and then would tilt his head and strike another pose! I was happy with the outcome of our little 15 minute spur of the moment shoot. enjoy…
