Just before Christmas my sweet friend Rachel got married and I was honored to shoot it. It was a beautiful wedding, but more important it was honestly one of the most intimate ceremonies I have ever witnessed. Rachel has waited and prayed for a Godly husband for a long time and her joy was undeniable on this day! I shot several of the ceremony images through my own tears, I was so happy for her! This is truly what weddings are really about. So often we make it about the latest and greatest decor and the perfect flowers…and those things were great, but the LOVE between a groom and his bride is what remains long after the flowers and decor.
